If you have a specific deadline for your order, please give us plenty of time to process it.

Our sample production time is approximately 7 to 10 days, while bulk production takes 15 to 21 days.

Lead times may vary throughout the year, so please allow ample time to meet your deadlines.

For the practices of international orders, we will raise a performance invoice for your order and request a down payment before commencing printing. Before shipping, we will update you on the final quantity and shipping cost. We will ship it out as soon as you have paid the balance. Please note that our corporate express services are DHL and FedEx, and courier rates will vary based on the delivery speed and the parcel's weight. We will contact you regarding the packing list and customs clearance documents for sea or air delivery.

We strongly advise that you sample before any bulk orders are needed.
This step is ideal for testing the colours and outcomes of your digital files on the fabrics of your choice. Once you approve the outcome, larger orders can be placed confidently. If you need support with the design, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Our designer can help create the final design for your approval before sampling.

Sure, please email the tech pack or drawing for the style. We can then make a sample for your confirmation.

Our typical way is printing, embroidering, labelling or hand tagging.

1. Shall we put any seam allowance on my artwork?

We recommend that you send your artwork to us print-ready with a seam allowance of 1.5cm for panels. Alternatively, you can send us the final layout; our designer will help add the seam allowance.
