Silk habotai is a type of plain weave silk cloth renowned for its fineness, light weight, softness, sheen, and silky hand, A smooth yet luxurious base for embroidery, silk painting, and other creative work it is also perfect for lining finer garments, as well as for creating summer blouses, pareo, light lingerie and scarves.
The main difference with satin is shinier. Habotai is also similar, but it's a lighter-weight plain weave, the same woven on both sides and is known to be the smoothest of the silk fabrics. |

1. What is your besopke silks ?

2. How can i optimise my files?
- Files to be no longer than 5m.
- Ensure your files are all RGB with a colour profile embedded. The standard default seems to be sRGB, which is great but if you are trying to achieve bright/bold colours you could try the Adobe RGB (1998) colour mode.
- A minimum resolution of 180dpi (maximum 300dpi).
- Make sure that the canvas itself is the correct size/scale that you want it to be printed at, i.e. 100cm not 1000cm and that it does not exceed the width of your chosen fabric.
- All layers are flattened.
- Saved with no compression.
- Don't ZIP files.
- Alternatively, you could send a JPEG file instead of a TIFF, to further reduce the file size.
3. How can I send the big files to you ?
Normally we suggest that you can transfer big files to us via"wetransfer " for free.
4. How do you process the order for me ?
When our sales get order from you , we will raise a performance invoice for your order which incl the products specs ,price , delivery time , payment methods ,packing and label ,shipping ,after sales for you , when you confirmed the order , our sales ask for down payment prior to commencing the printing, our designer offer design guidance on printing and sampling suggestion , when designs confirmed , we will make samples for you checking our quality of fabric ,printing ,color matching and hemming , when samples are okay , then we will go ahead the bulk production for you. before shipping , we will update the final quantity and shipping cost for you ,when you paid the balance payment , we will ship out asap
5. Can you make sample for me ?
We strongly advise that you do sample prints of your new artwork , This step is ideal to test colours and outcomes of your digital files on the fabrics of your choice. Once you have approved the outcome, larger orders can be placed with confidence.
If you have tried a different printing company before coming to Zhigeng Silk, please be aware that our printing will look different. Do not rely on tests printed elsewhere.
6. Can I place a trial order at the beginning ?
We would like to build long and good cooperation with you ,trial order is good to test our quality, turnaround, packing etc and build better working cooperation modals with you,so it is surely workable for us ,don't hesitate to contact us at any time .
