1.What is your bespoke silk?
We can offer six ranges of bespoke silks:
1. Printed scarves, including all shapes of silk and silk blend scarves, wool scarves, modal scarves, and polyester scarves.
2. Silk fabric, customized printed silk fabric, and wholesale plain-dyed silk fabric, with over 20+ silk fabrics to choose from.
3. Silk homeware, including silk pillowcases, silk cushions, tea towels, tea tablecloths, napkins, etc.
4. Silk accessories: silk scrunchies, silk hairbands, silk bonnets, silk circles, silk eye masks, silk facemasks, silk twillies, silk ties, silk bandanas, pocket squares, etc.
5. Silk sleepwear: silk pajamas, silk kimonos, silk camisole sets, silk slips, silk shirts, etc.

2. How can I optimise my files?
- Ensure your files are all RGB with a colour profile embedded. The standard default seems to be srgb, which is great, but if you are trying to achieve bright/bold colours, you could try the Adobe RGB (1998) colour mode.
- A minimum resolution of 180dpi (maximum 300dpi).
- Make sure that the canvas itself is the correct size/scale for the print, i.e. 100cm, not 1000cm, and that it does not exceed the width of your chosen fabric.
3.How can I send the big files to you?
We suggest you transfer big files to us via"wetransfer " for free.
4.How do you process the order for me ?
When our sales team receives your order, we will raise a performance invoice detailing the product specifications,price , delivery time, payment methods, packing and labelling,shipping , and after-sales service. Once you confirm the order , our sales team will request a down payment before commencing the printing process. Our designer will provide guidance on design and sampling suggestions. After the designs are confirmed , we will create samples for you to check the quality of the fabric ,printing, colour matching, and hemming. We will proceed with the bulk production if the samples meet your approval. Before shipping , we will update you on the final quantity and shipping cost. We will ship out as soon as you have paid the balance.
5.Can you make a sample for me?
We strongly advise that you do sample prints of your new artwork. This step is ideal for testing colours and outcomes of your digital files on the fabrics of your choice. Once you have approved the result, larger orders can be placed with confidence.
If you have tried a different printing company before coming to Zhigeng Silk, please be aware that our printing will look different. Do not rely on tests printed elsewhere.
6.Can I place a trial order at the beginning?
We would like to build a long and good cooperation with you. A trial order is good for testing our quality, turnaround, packing, etc., and building better working cooperation modalities with you. So it is surely workable for us. Don't hesitate to contact us at any time.
7. Is it safe to order my designs from your company?
We will not offer any designs without your permission. Before cooperating, we would like to sign a confidentiality agreement.
