1. What is your bespoke silks?
we can offer six ranges of bespoke silks :
A. printed scarf, including all shapes of silk and silk blend scarves, wool and wool blend scarves, modal and modal blend scarves, polyester scarves.
B. silk fabric, customised printed silk fabric and wholesale plain dyeing silk fabric, over 20+ silk fabrics can be chosen, like silk satin, silk twill, silk crepe de chine, silk georgette, silk chiffon, silk habotai, silk paj, spandex silk, etc.
C. silk homeware, including silk pillowcase, silk cushion, tea towels, tea tablecloth, napkin, etc.
D. silk accessory: silk scrunchies, silk hairband, silk bonnet, silk curler, silk eye mask, silk facemask, silk twilly, silk tie, silk bandanas, pocket square, etc.
E. silk sleepwear: silk pyjamas, silk kimino, silk Camisole set, silk slip, silk shirt, etc.
F. Artwork for printing, enormous artworks can be offered for your choosing or help create your own designs.

2. How can i optimise my files?
- Files to be no longer than 5m.
- Ensure your files are all RGB with a colour profile embedded. The standard default seems to be sRGB, which is great but if you are trying to achieve bright/bold colours you could try the Adobe RGB (1998) colour mode.
- A minimum resolution of 180dpi (maximum 300dpi).
- Make sure that the canvas itself is the correct size/scale that you want it to be printed at, i.e. 100cm not 1000cm and that it does not exceed the width of your chosen fabric.
- All layers are flattened.
- Saved with no compression.
- Don't ZIP files.
- Alternatively, you could send a JPEG file instead of a TIFF, to further reduce the file size.

3. How can I send the big files to you?
Normally we suggest that you can transfer big files to us via"wetransfer " for free.

4. How do you process the order for me ?
When our sales get order from you , we will raise a performance invoice for your order which incl the products specs ,price , delivery time , payment methods , packing and label , shipping,after sales for you , when you confirmed the order , our sales ask for down payment prior to commencing the printing, our designer offer design guidance on printing and sampling suggestion , when designs confirmed , we will make samples for you checking our quality of fabric ,printing ,color matching and hemming , when samples are okay , then we will go ahead the bulk production for you. before shipping, we will update the final quantity and shipping cost for you ,when you paid the balance payment, we will ship out asap

5. Can you make sample for me ?
We strongly advise that you do sample prints of your new artwork , This step is ideal to test colours and outcomes of your digital files on the fabrics of your choice. Once you have approved the outcome, larger orders can be placed with confidence.
If you have tried a different printing company before coming to Zhigeng Silk, please be aware that our printing will look different. Do not rely on tests printed elsewhere.

6. Can I place a trial order at the beginning?
We would like to build a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with you. A trial order is good for testing our quality, turnaround, packing, etc., and for building better working models with you, so it is surely workable for us. Don't hesitate to contact us at any time.

7. What is your delivery time?
-Scarf, homeware, accessory: Our sample making time is around two weeks, and bulk production is around three to four weeks. It varies depending on how complex the hemming methods are; hand-rolled items will take one more week than machine-hemmed items.
-Garment, Our sample making time is around 7-15 days, and bulk production is around 40-45 days. Stock plain-colour samples will be faster than printed ones.
We will arrange your bespoke silk products as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please note that our delivery time is from the day you confirmed the sample.
Lead times can vary throughout the year, so please allow plenty of time to meet your deadlines.

8. Is it safe to order my designs from your company?
We will not offer any designs without your permission. Before cooperation, we would like to sign a confidentiality agreement.
