This plain silk camisole is made of 100% mulberry silk fabric, simple solid color design, and thin shoulder straps. It can be worn alone or as an inner layer, suitable for multiple scenarios.

 

2. Fabric characteristics
2.1 Advantages of mulberry silk

Natural smoothness and strong gloss: mulberry silk fibers are smooth and delicate, with a smooth and uniform surface and an elegant natural gloss

Excellent moisture absorption and breathability: mulberry silk can absorb moisture up to 11-12%, has good moisture absorption and perspiration function, and is dry and comfortable to wear

Temperature control: silk fabrics are warm in winter and cool in summer due to the air layer structure, suitable for all seasons

Natural antibacterial and hypoallergenic: silk protein structure can inhibit the growth of some bacteria, suitable for people with sensitive skin

2.2 Fabric specifications
Yarn count and weight: commonly used 6A grade mulberry silk yarn count, fabric weight 19-22 Mum (about 16-22 Momme), close-fitting and comfortable without see-through

3.1 Style and version
Classic style: round neck, V neck, square neck, a variety of collar types are available; shoulder strap width 5-10mm, non-slip and non-shoulder.

Version presentation: slim, loose and silhouette, the bias arc and hem slit design can be fine-tuned according to customer needs.

3.2 Pattern and accessories customization
Plain color supply: 100+ basic color cards such as ivory white, nude pink, light camel, classic black, sapphire blue, etc. are provided, and colors can also be freely selected from Pantone color numbers.

Pattern customization: AI, EPS, PSD files are supported for digital printing, screen printing or laser engraving.

4. Process flow
Raw material inspection: fiber composition, breaking strength and regain of each batch of mulberry silk fabrics are tested;

Fabric pretreatment: rinsing and softening to ensure the consistency of dyeing and subsequent processes;

Cutting: CNC automatic cutting bed accurately cuts patterns to reduce fabric waste;

Sewing: multi-head flat sewing machine combined with overlock sewing machine, key parts are manually reinforced;

Finishing: fine shaping, washing or dry cleaning to remove floating color, and environmental disinfection;

Quality inspection before delivery: sampling each piece according to AQL 1.5 standard to ensure the qualified rate of finished products
