1. What is your besopke silks ?
we can offer six ranges of besopke silks :
A. printed scarf, incld all shapes of silk and silk blend scarf, wool and wool blend scarf, modal and modal blend scarf ,polyester scarf.
B. silk fabric, customized printed silk fabric and wholesale plain dyeing silk fabric, over 20+ silk fabric can be chosen, like silk satin, silk twill, silk crepe de chine, silk georgette, silk chiffon, silk habotai, silk paj, spandex silk etc.
C. silk homeware, incld silk pillowcase, silk cushion, tea towls, tea tablecloth, Napkin etc.
D. silk accessory: silk scrunchies, silk hairband, silk bonnet, silk curcle, silk eye mask, silk facemask, silk twilly, silk tie, silk bandanas, pocket square etc.
E. silk sleepwear : silk pajamas, silk kimino, silk Camisole set, silk slip, silk shirt etc.
F. Artwork for printing, enormous artworks can be offered for your choosing or help create your own designs.
2. How can i optimise my files?
- Files to be no longer than 5m.
- Ensure your files are all RGB with a colour profile embedded. The standard default seems to be sRGB, which is great but if you are trying to achieve bright/bold colours you could try the Adobe RGB (1998) colour mode.
- A minimum resolution of 180dpi (maximum 300dpi).
- Make sure that the canvas itself is the correct size/scale that you want it to be printed at, i.e. 100cm not 1000cm and that it does not exceed the width of your chosen fabric.
- All layers are flattened.
- Saved with no compression.
- Don't ZIP files.
- Alternatively, you could send a JPEG file instead of a TIFF, to further reduce the file size.
3. How can I send the big files to you ?
Normally we suggest that you can transfer big files to us via"wetransfer " for free.
4. How do you process the order for me ?
When our sales get order from you , we will raise a performance invoice for your order which incl the products specs ,price , delivery time , payment methods ,packing and label ,shipping ,after sales for you , when you confirmed the order , our sales ask for down payment prior to commencing the printing, our designer offer design guidance on printing and sampling suggestion , when designs confirmed , we will make samples for you checking our quality of fabric ,printing ,color matching and hemming , when samples are okay , then we will go ahead the bulk production for you. before shipping , we will update the final quantity and shipping cost for you ,when you paid the balance payment , we will ship out asap
5. Can you make sample for me ?
We strongly advise that you do sample prints of your new artwork , This step is ideal to test colours and outcomes of your digital files on the fabrics of your choice. Once you have approved the outcome, larger orders can be placed with confidence.
If you have tried a different printing company before coming to Zhigeng Silk, please be aware that our printing will look different. Do not rely on tests printed elsewhere.
6. Can I place a trial order at the beginning ?
We would like to build long and good cooperation with you ,trial order is good to test our quality, turnaround, packing etc and build better working cooperation modals with you,so it is surely workable for us ,don't hesitate to contact us at any time .
7. what is your delivery time ?
-Scarf, homeware, accessory :Our sample making time is around two weeks ,and bulk production for is around three to four weeks , it is vary depends on how complex the hemming ways , the hand rolling time will take one more week than machine hemming .
-Garment, Our sample making time is around 7-15 days , and bulk production is around 40-45days ,stock plain color samples will be faster than printing ones,
We will arrange your bespoke silk products as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please note that our delivery time is from the day you confirmed the sample.
Lead times can vary throughout the year so please allow plenty of time to meet your deadlines.
8. What is the shipping cost?
Actually our price is FOB price which is excluding the shipping cost ,cause we shipped huge number of packages via our DHL/FEDEX account ,the expresses are glad to cooperate with us and offered the most competitive price for us ,accordingly we offer this price for our clients ,in this way ,most of our clients saves much shipping cost, surely if you have your own express account , pls let us know , we also can arrange the shipping for you ,
Besides ,pls note our cooperate express is DHL ,FEDEX ,the courier rates will vary according to the speed of delivery and the weight of the parcel. We only can offer the possible shipping cost before shipping for your reference .
NB: For some garment making clients ,if you need the fabrics are delivered on a roll ,pls feel free to contact us .
9. what is your payment term?
-For small payment which is below 500USD , we suggest full payment via Paypal ,for new clients , we accepted 30% down payment before production and full balance payment before shipping .
-For the payment below 1000USD ,Both Paypal and bank transfer are all acceptable for us ,the same is 30% down payment before production and full balance payment before shipping .
-For the payment above 1000USD , we only suggest bank transfer for you , not only it is the rule for the international order ,but also it can help save the transfer fee ,if you need any payment guidance , pls feel free to ask ,according to this kind of order , we need 50% down payment and balance payment before shipping, if you ask 5%-10% balance after goods arrived , pls contact our sales.
10. can you help about the customs clearance ?
Yes, before shipping ,we can offer the customs clearance files , incl Invoice, contract, packing list etc and if you need any other files when you make the custom clearance, pls contact us .
Pls not Shipping by express , it has door to door service ,they also can help about the customs clearance for you.
11. Is it safe to order my designs from your company ?
We will not offer any designs without the permission from you,before cooperation , we would like to sign a confidentiality agreement.
